As a Postnatal Doula, I will provide support in your home as you adjust to the arrival of your baby.  This may be practical support around the house (cooking, laundry etc.), helping with any areas of concern in the care of your new born (feeding etc.), helping with older siblings, looking after the baby while you have a nap or a bath!  I am there to look after you, so you can look after your baby. There are no fixed rules and I believe that flexibility is key!!!

  

We will meet before you have the baby to discuss the amount of help you require.  The minimum contract is for 20 hours,  each visit is a minimum of 4 hours.  Once you decide to go ahead, we will draw up a simple contract so that both parties are clear on commitments and expectations!
